1. We are offering two types of shipments :
a) By *EXPRESS* by air (freight). Goods will be received within 10 days after preorders are placed. Weekends excluded. Any delays will be promptly communicated. Nigeria and Ghana 3-4 days. Freight costs (waybill) *must* be paid before goods are sent.
b)By *SEA* (shipping). Goods will arrive in Freetown 60 to 80 days (two months, 20 days). Clearing and offloading is taken into consideration from the day preorder ends. Shipping to other locations differs. This excludes weekends.
c) In both instances, the shipping agent will weigh the goods to get their weight in Kilograms (for freight) and CBM for shipping cost. They will then send us a quote that we will forward to you.
d) If there is any delay in production, shipping, or any unforseen circumstances, we will immediately communicate this with you and rectify as soon as possible.
