1.No refund after payment.
2.There’s installlemental payments,if upon completion of payment the item is no longer available in market,you either exchange with another item or a deduction of #5,000 will be made then refund your balance as ordered will only be placed upon completion of payment.
3.if you no longer want an item after it has been ordered you wait till the item is sold before getting a refund.
4.you can’t collect an item without completing your payment no matter who you are.
5.you can’t exchange an ordered item after 24hrs of placing an order except the item isn’t available.
6.you are responsible for your waybill fee and those in Ekpoma are responsible for their rider fee.
7. Pickup at my house isn’t acceptable,if you can’t pay rider fee do not order.
8. Be sure of your size,color and the type of item you want as we won’t be responsible for any misinformation you send to us.
