💥 ESPADA Tryouts System: “Test of the Blade”

To recruit only the most loyal, skilled, and disciplined warriors — those worthy of carrying the ESPADA name.

⚔️ 1. Tryout Requirements
Before anyone tries out, they must meet these:
Active player (online at least 4–5 days per week)
Respectful & no toxicity
Uses guild tag during test (ex: °ESPADA°)
Stable connection & good communication

🎯 2. Tryout Stages
🩸 Stage 1: Skill Test
1v1 or squad match (depending on your game).
Must show aim, strategy, and awareness.
Evaluated by a Primera Blade or Elite Espada.
✅ Goal: Prove you can fight, not just shoot.

⚡ Stage 2: Team Test
Join a squad with 2–3 ESPADA members.
Must communicate clearly, follow calls, and play for the team.
Lose or win — your team spirit is what’s judged.
✅ Goal: Show teamwork and loyalty.

Each candidate is rated 1–10 on:
Skill
Communication
Team Spirit
Discipline
→ Average score of 7+ = Passed
→ Below 7 = Retry next week

Pass = “Novice Blade”
Fail but promising = “Shadow Trialist” (1 week probation)
Fail twice = Reapply after 2 weeks.
