Step 2: Every time you hold yourself back from saying negative speech, mark it as a victory. You can share in the group if you feel comfortable (no names or details), for example: “I had an opportunity to speak negatively today and I held back.” Every moment of guarding our speech adds another brick to the Third Beis Hamikdash and brings blessing and salvation.
