📢 SyAlerts Closeouts — Posting Rates & Guidelines
💰 Commission Structure:
• 2% commission paid to SyAlerts on the total sale price from the seller (dollar amount paid)
• If you do another deal with the same buyer → 1% commission
• Honesty is key
🕐 Posting Timing:
• 1 deal per day
• Closeouts must be spaced 10 minutes apart
• Failure to comply may result in removal
🕒 Chat Hours:
7:30 AM – 10:30 PM
(Please text only during these hours)
📌 Post Requirements:
✅ 1 image or video showing all items
✅ Include: price, quantity, location, and contact info
🚫 Not Allowed:
No ads | No links | No spreadsheets
