Care cycle Zimbabwe is voluntary organization which base on peer education and caregiving support with emphasis on child care and youth affairs in promoting their health,education and career path Executive summary Care Cycle Zimbabwe as a voluntary charity organization aims to raise voices of equal and balancing opportunities among the youth by conducting research, uprooting environment of space space of gender equality by infusing peer education led workshops to spread awareness and offer career guidance , opportunities and empowerment. More so, providing Care giving support to Children and Youth medical needs ,to enable them to grow,shine and persuade their dreams with better health and standards of living The organization also believes in upholding children rights and Youth affairs with emphasisi of promoting gender equality and inclusivity amongst young people so that they will feel safe in their environment and be well taken care of for a healthier holistic development. It also involves child care Home visits , Youth and children outreach campaigns to creat health environment to pursue their life purpose , Dreams and adventurouse Furthermore, the organization aims to empower vulnerable communities through health and education initiatives and fostering mental health, drug and substance abuse rehabilitation and skill development for career path mainly to create a boy and girl child balancing Equality environment .The organization also advocate for the disability and special needs communities through conducting charity and education for skills development. The organization promotes inclusivity of cultural diversity and religions in the upbringing of children in order to promote tolerance, social cohesion and as a source of moral development for children,so that young people will engange in any faith based initiatives, spiritual growth and cultural uprooting , to have empowered mind ; everyday youth hustles and projects which make them to survive. The idea is to uphold their Faith
