Ramat Eshkol Area Renters Network is a community for Americans in Ramat Eshkol, Ma’alot Dafna, Arzei, Sanhedriya, Givat Hamivtar, French Hill and Ramat Shlomo to connect and share rental opportunities while avoiding high agent fees. Please post here if you’re moving in or out. This group exists to give renters more power, support, and transparency in one of Jerusalem’s most expensive neighborhoods. As community members who’ve been through the stress of apartment hunting, we’re trying to push for fair treatment, and help keep prices somewhat in check, as well as assisting by each other with providing useful information and services. Let’s keep in mind this is not a community of doctors and lawyers. Most of the community are young and learning in kollel and the sometimes outrageous costs are very difficult for many.
