No fighting or arguments with guests, vendors, or fellow staff. All issues must be reported to the team leader or coordinator. Defaulters will forfeit payment and will not be called up again. 3. No pressing of phones while on duty. Using your phone during work hours is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught will face a penalty and may not work with us again. 4. Getting drunk is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught will only receive half payment. 5. Stealing in any form is prohibited. This includes drinks, food, or event materials. Anyone caught will forfeit payment. 6. No taking of drinks from guestsā tables. This is considered stealing and highly unprofessional. Defaulters will not be paid and will be blacklisted. 7. No begging of food from caterers, vendors, or guests. Anyone caught will receive only half payment and may not be called up again. 8. No trading of commodities. Exchanging food, drinks, or items with vendors or guests is not allowed. Anyone caught will not receive full payment and risks suspension. 9. No loitering before or after work. Staff must remain in their assigned duty posts and must go home immediately after work. Loitering will be considered an attempt to steal and may lead to loss of payment. 10. Respect your supervisors and coordinators. Any form of disrespect, argument, or insubordination will not be tolerated. 11. Other unprofessional acts.
