*Our Mode of Operation*

The group has been in existence for more than 5 years now .
This is an Importation group where we buy items in bulk from china directly from factory at reduced prices.
We ship majorly through sea because this is the cheapest mode of shipping. Sea Shipping takes 2-3 months after orders have left china while Air shipping takes 7-21days.
During collation of orders, you can request for your money incase you change your mind on an item, but for orders collated and bought, it would not be possible; please bear this in mind.
*Once items arrive, those that participated in the order have at most 7 /10 days to pay for shipping, if it exceeds 7/10 days and shipping fee hasn't been paid, then the demurrage fee starts counting.*
*If after 1 week you haven't paid Shipping fee, your goods will be auctioned without any refund*
*Sometimes, Shipping can be higher than buying for some items, also Shipping can be slightly higher or lower than what we estimated*
QUEENGOLD has no control over shipping and shipping fee, custom and shipping company decide that.
Kindly note that, my job here is to ensure we get quality products at affordable prices and this doesn't change the standard shipping fee.
