Here’s how the challenge works:
Each night:
1. When you’re ready for bed, write “Logging off 🌙” in the chat.
2. Plug your phone outside your bedroom (kitchen, hallway, living room — wherever works).
3. Go to your room and sleep — without bringing your phone back in.
Each morning:
When you wake up, please check off the daily poll I’ll post in the group.
That’s it — simple, gentle, and doable.
Some nights will feel easy, some will feel hard — we’re doing this together.
