We are China Ocean Oil holding limited, holding a contract agreement with the World Bank to finance projects of all types, whether innovative or traditional, provided they have substantial potential and robust backgrounds. We are prepared to furnish 100% project funding to successful propositions and investors.
For any potential business owner, our due diligence (DD) process is mandatory to ensure that the project is a viable investment for the bank under a profit-sharing arrangement.
We require the following from the project owner for our assessment:

Upon successful completion of the DD on the above documents, we will advance the proposition to our Desk. A Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) letter from our company will be issued along with the contract for the said project to the owner. Once both parties sign the contract, China Ocean Oil holding limited, as the representative of the World Bank, will submit all pertinent files to the banks we have agreements with for final verification and approval.
As part of the final arrangements with the bank, China Ocean Oil holding limited representative, will fly down to project owner Country for an on-site inspection and arrange a face-to-face meeting to ensure everything is in order before presenting it to the Bank. Upon the bank’s final approval of the project, they will issue an Approval Letter to the project owner, which can be submitted to their local bank for fund disbursement.
We will ensure that the funds are utilized as approved. Once the project becomes operational, the project owner and the investor (Bank) will share profits as agreed—40% of the project value to the investor and 60% to the project owner. This also means that ownership of the project will be shared between both parties as outlined.
