What to Do Each Day
• Spend 10 minutes outside in natural sunlight
• Go within 2 hours after sunrise OR 2 hours before sunset
• Let the sunlight soak in (walking, sitting, breathing, journaling, davening—whatever works)
Daily Check-In
After your sunlight time, please post in the group:
• A photo of you in the sunlight or what you’re doing
• The time of day
• The day number you’re on (Day 1, Day 6, etc.)
Guidelines
• Come as you are—no perfection needed
• Bundle up if necessary
• Encourage one another
• Consistency > intensity
This challenge is about building a simple, supportive habit that brings more energy, rhythm, and light into your day—together.
