Welcome to Uniosun Free Advert. To ensure a safe, transparent, and trustworthy environment for all buyers and sellers, every member is expected to follow the rules and guidelines below:
1. General Conduct
• All members must act with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or misleading information will not be tolerated.
• Any member found violating group policies will be removed without notice.
2. Buyer’s Responsibility (IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️)
• Buyers are strongly advised to VERIFY every seller before making any payment or transaction.
• The group management will NOT be held responsible for losses resulting from failure to verify a seller.
• Always confirm:
• Seller identity
• Product authenticity
• Payment details
3. Seller Verification Requirement
To become a verified seller, the following must be submitted:
• Full Name
• Your picture
• Picture of your Nin or Your student iD card
• Your address.
• Clear business details (Brand name, products/services offered)
• Active phone number & WhatsApp contact
• Social media handles (if applicable)
• Proof of past business activity (optional but recommended)
Once verified:
• Seller will receive a “VERIFIED” tag
• Buyers are encouraged to prioritize verified sellers
4. Non-Verified Sellers
• Non-verified sellers are not allowed.
• Buyers dealing with non-verified sellers are at their own risk, no one will be responsible if you get scammed.
5. Payment & Transactions
• Avoid sending money to personal accounts without proper confirmation.
• Use secure and traceable payment methods where possible.
• Always request proof of payment and transaction receipts.
6. Dispute & Reporting
• Any suspicious activity or fraud attempt should be reported immediately.
• Provide evidence (screenshots, chats, receipts) when reporting issues.
• The marketplace will investigate but does not guarantee refunds.
