* Pre-Order Process: This is an importation group where resources are pooled to meet the minimum order quantities (MOQ) of Chinese factories to buy in bulk at the lowest rates.
* Refund Policy (During Collation): Members can request their money back if they change their mind on an item while orders are still being collated.
* Refund Policy (Post-Collation): Once orders are collated, closed, and purchased, members cannot request a refund.
2. Shipping & Payments
* Sea Shipping: Takes 2-3 months after orders leave China.
* Air Shipping: Takes 5-7 days or 14-21 days after orders leave China.
* Timing: Delivery timelines start counting from the day goods leave China, not the day payment is made.
* Payment Deadline: Participants have 10 days to pay for shipping (Sea and Air) once goods arrive in Nigeria.
* Late Fees: If the 10-day deadline is missed, items will be left at the cargo office, and a daily demurrage fee of ₦500 per item will apply.
* Third-Party Costs: Ruthy has no control over delays, shipping fee fluctuations, or demurrage fees, as these are handled by the cargo company.
* Pick-up/Delivery: Upon arrival, participants must arrange for pick-up or delivery immediately or within a maximum of one week.
* Liability:I am not responsible for items left BEYOND the allowed time in the event of any disaster.
* Shipping vs. Cost: In cases where shipping fees exceed the buying cost, the primary goal remains to secure quality goods at a cheap factory rate.
