Please be strictly informed that effective January 1st, ALL payments made to our account MUST include a clear and accurate transaction description.
Acceptable descriptions include (but are not limited to):
• Payment for wears
• Payment for 2 pairs of shoes
• Payment for heels and sneakers
• Waybill fee
This directive is mandatory due to a new tax policy coming into effect from January 1st.
⚠️ Any payment made without a transaction description will be classified as a GIFT.
Such payments will NOT be processed immediately. If a refund is requested, it will be subject to a statutory tax deduction of 15–20% before refund approval.
To prevent delays, loss, or inconvenience, customers are required to confirm the correct payment description with us BEFORE making any payment.
