💼 Payment & Refund Policy
After arrival in Nigeria, you have 3–7 days to pay your shipping fee.
Failure to pay within this time will result in auctioning of your goods to recover the cost.
Any remaining balance after the auction will be refunded to you.
Refund Requests:
Refunds for goods that have arrived can only be processed after the goods are auctioned.
Auction sales are quick, and refunds will likely be less than your original payment.
Ongoing Order Refunds:
Refund requests before arrival attract a ₦2,000 fee to cover bank charges and inconvenience.
