📜 RULES & CONSTITUTION OF ROYAL MINDS NATION
Monthly Dues
Every member shall pay a compulsory monthly due of ₦500.
Celebration Contributions
Contributions for celebrations such as weddings, child dedications, and wedding anniversaries shall be ₦1,000 and above, as agreed by members.
Bereavement Contribution
In the event of death involving a member or a direct sibling, each member shall contribute ₦2,000 in support.
Birthday Contribution
All members shall contribute ₦1,000 for a birthday celebrant.
The celebrant must give the group at least one (1) month prior notice to qualify.
Misconduct & Penalty
Any act of misconduct, including:
Abuse or insulting language
Deception
Posting unverified or unauthorized links
Speaking against the group or causing division
Shall attract:
Three (3) days suspension, and
A fine of ₦1,000
Physical Meetings
Physical meetings shall be held once every two (2) months.
Any financial obligation attached shall be determined by a majority vote.
Weekly Participation
Participation in weekly activities is mandatory for all members.
Meeting Conduct
Any member who interrupts a speaker during a physical meeting through noise or disorderly conduct shall pay a fine of ₦200.
Admin Responsibility
Failure of an admin to comment on motions raised in the admin board shall attract a fine of ₦500.
