RIVER NILE AGREEMENT ABBROGATION
This Group was established by several key people that had previously engaged on push to Abborgated the 1929 Nile Treaty Agreement between the British Government signed on behalf of 11 Eastern African countries and Egypt.
1929 and 1959 River Nile Agreement, we the citizens Question, continued applicability under changed circumstances *Rebus sic Stantibus*
Having petitioned the National Assembly on Kenya Government position in regards to the existing Colonial 1929 River Nile Agreement.

Following recent "Stern Warning" by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El- Sisi in the Presence of President Yoweri Museveni on River Nile Water utilization, claiming use or utilization amounts to a declaration of war against Egypt.
River Yala,Sondu Miliu,Nzoia,Nyando and Sio Rivers drains almost 65% of water into Lake Victoria.
Egypt a 90% desert country with a 85Million population has a 13% unemployment rate.
Kenya with 60% Arable land, with a 54 Million population has 70% unemployment rate.
Granted that Kenya rivers and Kagera River from Congo/Rwanda drain almost 90% of all volume of Nile Waters.
Its on the above basis we call on all Kenyans and East African countries to petition on Abrogation of the River Nile colonial agreement signed between Egypt and British government.
Utilization of our water has vast potential to generate clean hydropower electricity enough to build thousands of factories for our unemployed youths, water enough to irrigate vast desert and Arid reguons of our country from Baringo,Nakuru,Nanyuki,Isiolo,Turkana, Marsabit,Moyale to Mandera.
