We are coming together for a powerful 40-day challenge to strengthen shmiras halashon and help bring the Geulah. Our sages teach that the second Temple was destroyed because of baseless hatred and negative speech. Through guarding our speech, we have the power to rebuild. ✨ How it works: Step 1: A daily learning Even 1 minute a day counts—the key is consistency. Step 2: Every time you hold yourself back from saying negative speech, mark it as a victory. You can share in the group if you feel comfortable (no names or details), for example: “I had an opportunity to speak negatively today and I held back.” Every moment of guarding our speech adds another brick to the Third Beis Hamikdash and brings blessing and salvation. May your commitment be in the merit of complete healing physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally for Yechezkiel ben Nechama. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that spread to spine. He is learning how to walk again. At this time, he is able to do around 50 laps with a walker around his bed. May he be blessed with being able to fully walk again on his own and be blessed with complete eradication of the disease. May it be with complete peace in all aspects of his life, positive energy, positive mindset, love, and all the supports in place that are for his highest and best that help nourish and elevate his well-being.
