PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT This agreement is executed between Vinay Works Management & Consulting Services (the Consultant) and the Client/Candidate (the Second Party). The Consultant acts as an intermediary bridge, connecting skilled staff with business owners. 2. COMMERCIAL TERMS & COMMISSION * Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹1,500/- is applicable for onboarding. Success Fee: An official commission of 18% of the monthly salary must be paid within the agreed days of the candidate's joining or first salary disbursement. Non-Circumvention: The Second Party strictly agrees not to enter into any direct professional engagement or bypass the Consultant. Penalty: Any direct hiring without informing the Consultant will result in a penalty of Double the Service Fee, which is legally enforceable. 3. RESPONSIBILITY & DUE DILIGENCE * Mandatory Verification: It is the sole responsibility of the Owner to verify the staff's background/ID and for the Staff to verify workplace safety. Zero-Liability: Vinay Works does not provide a personal guarantee for the character or conduct of either party and shall not be held liable for any theft, disputes, or financial losses occurring post-hiring. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY & JURISDICTION * Data Protection: All contact details provided are confidential. Sharing this info with third parties is a breach of contract. Dispute Resolution: In case of default or breach, Vinay Works reserves the right to take legal action. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
