4. Any member who raises insult on another person shall be suspended for one month and if the other person replies to the insult by the other person then the second person shall also go on one month suspension respectively.
However, the suspension can be wave if those involved in the act tender an apology either through ADMIN or the PRESIDENT with an undertaking that such act will not repeat again
