A simple weekly practice for Jewish women to pause, notice the good, and head into Shabbos with more presence and gratitude.
How it works:
1️⃣ Each Friday, write down one meaningful thing from your week.
It can be an accomplishment, a moment of presence, growth, effort, a memory, or something you don’t usually stop to notice.
2️⃣ Fold it up and place it in your jar.
3️⃣ Take a quick photo of your jar filling up each week and share it in this group
4️⃣ If you’d like, you’re welcome to also share what you wrote — or just the photo.
There’s no pressure. Both are celebrated.
Together, we’ll collect 52 moments of goodness, growth, and meaning — and celebrate each other for showing up, even in the busiest weeks.
