📘 HOW TO REGISTER FOR SCRIMS IN ANY ESPORT COMMUNITY
If your team is new, read this carefully — this is the standard format used everywhere.
📝 1. USE THE CORRECT REGISTRATION FORMAT
TEAM NAME:
TEAM TAG:
TEAM LEADER (IGN + NUMBER):
PLAYER 1 (IGN):
PLAYER 2 (IGN):
PLAYER 3 (IGN):
PLAYER 4 (IGN):
SUB 1 (IGN):
SUB 2 (IGN):
If you don’t follow this exact format, your registration will be ignored.
⏳ 2. REGISTER FAST
The moment the scrim community opens the group/Channel:
If you don’t register within the first 5 minutes → you will end up on the waitlist.
That’s how every serious esports community works.
👥 3. CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY
After registration closes, check-in usually opens 30 minutes later.
Fail check-in = you lose your slot, even if you were in the main 12 teams.
🏷️ 4. YOUR TEAM MUST HAVE TAGS
At least 3 out of 4 players must have the same team tag.
If not, most communities will kick your team instantly.
🌍 5. DOWNLOAD ALL MAPS
Your teammates must have all maps downloaded.
Advanced esports communities will never wait for you.
If you delay the room → they ban your entire team, not kick.
🚫 6. NEVER CHAT DURING REGISTRATION
When the registration group/channel opens:
Don’t chat. Don’t ask questions. Don’t correct anyone. Don’t tell people “chat no dey allowed.”
You are NOT the admin.
You talk → you get banned permanently in many communities.
📩 7. If you can’t make it, INFORM THE HOST EARLY
If you registered and checked in, and you’re in the main 12,
but your team won’t be available → tell the host immediately.
Don’t make them wait for you.
