Hello everyone, there is something called an *agent fee* and something called a *viewing fee*, they are two different things.
- *Viewing* is just for looking at houses that have agents; you look at a house, even if you don't like it, you will pay for viewing that house.
- As for the *agent*, if you want houses managed by an agent and you want to pay, you first give their agent what's called an *agent fee*, then you pay for your house.
- If there's no viewing fee, make sure you tell the agent before you go far, so you see if you'll agree or not.
